• Estimated delivery times:
• Within Israel: 7–14 business days
• Europe: 14–21 business days
• Rest of the world: 21–30 business days

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over 600 ₪.
• Extra-large or custom-size artworks may incur additional shipping fees; in such cases, we will inform you prior to dispatch.
  
  

Packaging

• Each artwork is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe arrival.
• Prints are shipped flat or in a sturdy tube, depending on size and medium.
  
  

Customs & Duties

• International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• All necessary documentation for smooth customs clearance is included.
  
  

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
  
  

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photos of the damage.
